Shapewear brand Skims is partnering with Team USA to launch a limited-edition collection for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. The capsule collection celebrates the upcoming games and reflects the brand’s ongoing support for athletes.

In a press release, Kardashian expressed her honor for Skims to continue supporting Team USA and the athletes participating in the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024.

She highlighted their shared mission of empowering everyone, emphasizing that this year’s collaboration includes men’s styles and reimagined adaptive intimates.

Kardashian praised the athletes featured in the campaign, noting how amazing they look in the collection, and expressed her excitement to cheer them on this summer in Skims.

Photographer Greg Swales took photos of well-known Olympians and Paralympians for the ad campaign. Among them were Sunisa Lee, Fred Kerley, Gabby Thomas, Jessica Long, Caeleb Dressel, and Nick Mayhugh. These athletes wore vintage-inspired outfits from the new collection and posed with an American flag against a red background.

In a press release, Olympic gymnast Sunisa Lee expressed her excitement about the collaboration, calling it a “dream come true” for a long-time fan of the brand.

Lee values the ability to experiment with fashion while training and competing, but also wants to feel great when relaxing. She praises the brand’s ability to deliver comfort, flexibility, and style all in one.

Track and field Olympian Gabby Thomas chimed in on the collaboration, praising the brand’s ability to bridge the gap between comfort and style.

In a press release, Thomas explained her frequent use of loungewear during downtime from training and competitions, but also expressed her love for exploring fashion. She lauded Skims for achieving the ideal balance of both, eliminating the need for compromise.

The upcoming Olympic collection from the shapewear brand expands beyond previous offerings. Unlike their initial collaboration where Team USA received loungewear and undergarments for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, this collection introduces new categories.

The brand continues its partnership with Team USA, following a well-received limited-edition collection for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

Previous collaboration between the shapewear brand and Team USA proved popular with both athletes and fans. A representative for the US Olympic and Paralympic Properties expressed their continued excitement for the partnership.

They noted the success of the first collection and highlighted the focus on warm materials in the Winter Olympics collection, prioritizing athlete comfort in colder environments.
